Mo Better Lawns is a locally owned, family-run landscaping company serving Severna Park and communities throughout Anne Arundel County, MD. We’re always interested in dependable, hard-working people who take pride in quality outdoor work and want to be part of a small business that does things the right way.

Our team handles a wide range of residential and commercial projects, from landscaping and lawn care to hardscaping, outdoor lighting, grading, and seasonal services. As we continue to grow, we regularly look to add skilled and motivated team members.

Current & Ongoing Positions

Landscaping Crew Member

This role supports daily landscaping and property maintenance work for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities may include lawn care, cleanups, planting, mulching, and general site upkeep. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.

Hardscaping & Installation Technician

This position focuses on patios, retaining walls, gravel driveways, grading, drainage solutions, and outdoor improvements. Experience with construction-style outdoor work is helpful, but willingness to learn is just as important.

Outdoor Lighting Installer (Govee & Permanent Lighting)

This role assists with permanent outdoor lighting and Govee lighting installations. Work includes layout planning, fixture installation, and system setup for residential and commercial properties. Electrical experience is helpful but not required.

Seasonal Services Technician

This position supports leaf removal, snow removal, and seasonal property maintenance. Availability during peak fall and winter seasons is important. Great fit for reliable workers looking for consistent seasonal hours.

Experience is appreciated, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.
